In our cortijo La Macarena – Fuente Guijarro we elaborate our own apple cider. One of its peculiarities is that this is the most southern winery in Europe and probably also the highest situated one. This cider has unique organoleptic qualities produced by the extreme climate and the variety of apples of this area called 'peros'. Most of them are practically extinct species and the conservation of its natural carbon is achieved by ancient artisan techniques which are similar to the ones employed in the worlds greatest wineries.


Your mouth is filled by various fruity nuances from a dry juice that explodes in bubbles and lasts pleasantly. With a great variety of flavours and with an alcohol content of 8º we produce a small artisan production in enumerated bottles.
